What is included in branding and design?
Branding is more than just a logo. It is the full identity of your brand and the foundation of how your business is perceived.
Every branding package starts with understanding your business on a deeper level. You will complete a detailed brand questionnaire and we will have a 1 hour online strategy session to explore your goals, positioning, ideal audience and the direction you want your brand to grow into.
From there, we develop the strategic and visual foundation of your brand, including positioning, color palette, typography, visual style and the overall brand experience.
Design is the visual execution of that strategy. When branding and design work together, they create clarity, recognition, trust and a brand that truly connects with the right audience.
How does the branding and design process work?
We work in clear, structured project rounds to keep the process organized, transparent, and efficient.
Once the project is confirmed and the initial 40% deposit is received, you will receive access to your personal brand portal in Notion. This is where the entire project is organized. In the portal you will fill in a detailed brand questionnaire so I can understand your business, your goals, and the direction you want your brand to grow.
After the questionnaire is completed, we schedule a 1 hour strategy session where we go through the answers together. This conversation helps me gain a deeper understanding of your brand, your positioning, and the audience you want to attract. At the same time, I conduct my own research into your competitors to analyze what works well in your industry and where there are opportunities to differentiate your brand.
Once the strategy and direction are clear, I begin with moodboards to explore the overall feeling and visual direction of your future brand identity. After the moodboard is approved, we move into the design phase, where the color palette, typography, logo, and supporting design assets are developed.
Each project round includes clear deliverables with a maximum of three revision rounds. This keeps feedback focused while allowing enough space to refine the work together.
At the end of the project, all final assets and brand files will be uploaded to your client portal in Notion, where you can easily access and download everything whenever you need it.
Can I book branding design without brand strategy?
No. I believe a strong brand identity can only be created when it is built on a clear strategy.
Your brand should not only look beautiful, it needs to communicate the right message, attract the right audience and support the growth of your business. Without a strategic foundation, design decisions become guesswork.
Too often brands are designed purely based on what the business owner personally likes. While your preferences are important, the real goal is to create a brand that resonates with your ideal clients. At the end of the process, we are not simply designing a brand based on personal taste, but building a brand identity that speaks directly to the people you want to attract.
That is why every branding project starts with brand strategy. It ensures that the visuals, messaging and positioning are aligned with your audience, your goals and the long term direction of your business.
