What services do you offer?

What about hosting?
Website hosting is included in all website packages for the first year, after 1 year I’ll charge you directly €60 per year. For platforms like Squarespace and Wix, you'll pay that included in the subscription you need from the platform.
If you want to use (or keep) your own hosting, that’s also possible, but then you have to handle your own hosting and give me the login details of your wordpress dashboard.
How long does a website project usually take?
Most website projects take less then 3 weeks, depending on the scope, number of pages, and how prepared the content is. Larger or more custom projects may take longer. But ideally, I’d like to work fast and have the website up and running in 2 to 3 weeks.
Do you offer custom designs or templates?
All websites are custom designed to reflect your brand identity, goals, and audience. I don’t use cookie cutter templates, only the ones I made myself. Every project is built intentionally around your vision.
Do you include SEO optimization?
Yes. Basic on page SEO is included, such as page structure, headings, image optimization, and SEO friendly URLs. Advanced SEO can be added as an extra service.
Do you offer support after launch or for existing websites?
Yes. Minor tweaks are included for two weeks after launch. Ongoing updates can be handled through maintenance packages or training. I also redesign and refresh existing websites, with the best approach defined during our discovery call.
What about invoices and taxes?
All prices listed are base amounts, excluding VAT. Your invoice will reflect the correct tax treatment for your location: 21% VAT for most Spanish businesses, 21% VAT with 15% IRPF retention where applicable, or VAT reverse-charged for EU businesses outside Spain.

What do you need from me to get started?
You’ll need to provide your content, the website copy, images, and brand direction like brand kit or brand guidelines. If you don’t have these yet, I can help you create them as part of the process. If we have to start all from the beginning with branding, take in mind that we need a longer scope of time for the website to be finished.
