Hi, I'm Fia, BRAND Designer & VISUAL Storyteller in Málaga
I’m born in ’92 in Rotterdam, in the Netherlands, and when I was about 3 years old, we moved to a town in the north – east called Zuidlaren. It has one of the most famous horse fairs of Europe, it’s true – you can search it 😉
As a little girl I’ve always been super creative. Drawing portraits with pencil and carbon, doing DIY stuff, etc… So, it also made a lot of sense that I went to school to become a allround hairdresser and beauty specialist.
For as long as I can remember, I hated the cold and rainy days in Netherlands. Every time we went on vacation, I never wanted to come back home.
Whenever I watched TV programs about people moving abroad, I kept saying to friends and family, “One day I’ll move too. To a warm country, close to the beach, where the sun shines more often.”
After working for five years in a hair and beauty salon, at 24 years old, I finally said, “That’s it. I’m taking action now.”
And I did.
I booked a three week stay in Málaga to study Spanish. At that point, all I remembered from school was “Hola, qué tal?”and “Dos cervezas.”But during that trip, something clicked.
I knew I had found my home.
Just two weeks after returning to the Netherlands, still humming “I may take a holiday in Spain…”, I resigned from my hairdressing job.
Two months later, I moved back to Málaga for good, ready to build a life that felt aligned, creative, and free.

I Had A SIX FIGURE Income Trough Real Estate But There Was SOMETHING MISSING
After moving to Spain, I spent over a year working in a restaurant to learn Spanish as quickly as possible. Once my language improved, I felt completely lost. I didn’t know what my next step was.
I joined an online community where you could learn different skills to build an online business. It sounded perfect. I dove into website building, marketing, and online tools with full energy. But nothing really took off.Not because the community wasn’t good, but because I didn’t yet know what I truly wanted to do.
At one point, I seriously asked myself, “Should I go back to the Netherlands?”
Just the thought of it made me deeply unhappy.
A friend noticed my struggle and casually asked, “Why don’t you try selling houses?”
My answer. “Well, I can try.”
And just like that, I stepped into real estate.
Three weeks in, I realized I had unexpectedly become an entrepreneur.
I worked long days, seven days a week. After one full year, I sold my first property. Then another. And another. By the end of my third year, I had built a six figure real estate career.
Financially successful, yes.
But creatively and energetically, I felt misaligned.
Financially I "Had MADE IT" in Real Estate, But I FELT Só MISALIGNED...
I had always been drawn to design. A few years earlier, I started teaching myself graphic design through online courses and endless practice.
When I finally applied for freelance roles, I landed one immediately. I went on to become the head graphic designer at a marketing company for three years, while also building my own business, Vivid Creations, where I work directly with clients on branding, content, photography, and design.
That’s when everything clicked.
Supporting other entrepreneurs through my creativity in branding, content creation & webdesign, plus on top of that the mindset work and energy clearings, did not feel like a new direction, it felt "oh so natural"
Like stepping into a role I had always been meant to embody.
Helping people shift, grow, and lead themselves lights me up in a way nothing else ever has.
This isn’t just my work.
It’s my purpose, and I can't wait to work together!

FUN & Random FACTS About Me
- Born in the Netherlands and became allergic to grey and rainy skies
- Moved to Spain in 2017 for the sun and the beach – and tapas ofcourse
- Creative since forever. I was that kid with pencils everywhere drawing portraits and animals
- Swapped a “secure” six figure real estate career for a life that actually lights me up
- Wakes up around 6:45AM because I love it (early bird here)
- If it feels fun, a bit out of my comfort zone and expansive, I’m probably saying yes
